How I Work as a Coach
Collaborative and Compassion Centered: We’ll work together to create the future you want. I help clients process pain and examine maladaptive beliefs and thoughts. I specialize in recovery from narcissistic abuse, dysfunctional systems, religious trauma, and deconstructing from Fundamentalism.
In addition, I support clients in releasing painful emotions stored in the body through somatic practices and ecotherapy. Together, we’ll explore tools to manage fear, rejection, grief and pain.
